1. How do I retrieve my PDF pattern?

PDF pattern can be retrieved immedietly upon payment. Log into the website, then into your acount. Select "your digital downloads" from the list. Your pdf files will be there to print.

2. What size paper do I need to print a PDF?

Most of the pdf patterns are formatted to print on 8 1/2" x 14" legal paper. Legal paper is larger than A4.      A4 = 8.3" x 11.7".

3 How soon will my order be sent?
Orders are processes as they are received. Most items will ship the next business day.

4. Can I sew garments from the patterns and sell them on ebay?
Yes, items made from the patterns can be sold.

5. Do you take payment directly with a credit card?
No. Payments are accepted through Paypal or by check or money order through the mail.
