Up for consideration is a pattern called "Play Time" for 12" Anne Dolls. The pattern features a sleeveless romper, fully lined jacket rolled cuff and a sleeveless dress with ruffles. 

The pattern is appropriate for other 12" articulated Tonner dolls that share the same body and the 14" Patience doll.
